A Roseburg man was cited for depositing trash within 100 yards of a waterway and for prohibited camping, by Roseburg Police on Monday morning.
Information from RPD said just before 9:00 a.m. the 37-year old was found in a camp near the creek that parallels Interstate Five, in the 2900 block of Northwest Edenbower. The report said there was trash in the creek which he claimed was from his camp.
The man was cited and released.
