Two people were cited for second degree criminal trespass outside a former store on Wednesday morning.
A report from Roseburg Police said at about 9:30 a.m. the men, ages 29 and 37, were found at the old Kmart location on Stewart Parkway. The men were camping under a no trespassing sign, and were using external power to make toast, according to the report.
Both were cited and released on the scene.
