10 juveniles were cited for being minors in possession of alcohol at a party in the Hucrest neighborhood on Thursday night.
A report from the Roseburg Police Department said at about 11:00 p.m. an anonymous person called RPD to report loud music and a party at a home in the 1400 block of Northwest Keasey Street. The report said the teens were between ages 13 and 17 and admitted to drinking the alcohol.
All were released to a parent or a responsible adult after being cited.
