The 900 block of West Old Melrose Road in Roseburg will be closed from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Thursday, November 5th.

A city release said the closure will allow crews to remove an underground sewer bypass previously installed for work serving the Roseburg Urban Sanitary Authority wastewater treatment plant.

Detour routes and signs will be in place during the closure. Motorists should use alternate routes, allow additional travel time and drive cautiously near crews and equipment.

The work schedule may change because of weather or other unforeseen conditions. The city will provide updates if the closure schedule changes.
