A transient was jailed on the charge of second-degree disorderly conduct on Monday evening.
A Douglas County Sheriff’s report said the 34-year-old was called in as causing alarm at three different businesses in Dillard on Monday evening. The man had already been given a final warning. At 9:25 p.m. he was taken into custody in the 300 block of Dillard Gardens Road. The man was transported to corrections and was detained without bail.
