The Glide Fire Association will have its Firemen’s Tri-Tip Barbecue and Craft Fair this Saturday and Sunday, October 10th and 11th.

The event will be held at the Glide Community Center on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The event includes a donation raffle along with a baked goods and pie shop. The tri-tip meal is $16, with check or cash preferred. All proceeds benefit Glide’s Volunteer Fire Department, which provides fire protection and emergency medical services for the Glide community. Local EMTs and firefighters will be at the event to meet the community.

Organizers are seeking to bake fruit pies, cookies, candies and bread which can be sold at the event. Bring donations to the Glide Community Center on Friday afternoon or early Saturday morning.
