Roseburg Police cited a man for prohibited camping on Wednesday evening.

An RPD report said at 10:15 p.m. officers contacted the 53-year-old who was camping in a city owned parking lot in the 800 block of Southeast Stephens Street. The man was found to be in violation of the city ordinance for camping. He had two prior convictions for prohibited camping, with the most recent one being on August 26th. The man was cited and released.
