Roseburg Police cited a juvenile for failure to carry and present a license on Wednesday evening.

An RPD report said at 9:15 p.m. officers stopped a vehicle for speeding at 50 miles per hour in a 35-mile per hour zone in the 3000 block of Northeast Stephens Street. The 17-year-old driver unable to provide a driver license or any other identification and dispatch could not locate him by his provided name. Officers detained the male and after being identified, he was cited and released in the field.
