Roseburg Police cited a man for a prior hit and run incident on Wednesday.

An RPD report said after an investigation into the incident from September 21st, the 41-year-old was identified as the suspect based on eyewitness statements and surveillance footage. At 11:00 a.m. he was contacted in the 700 block of Southeast Douglas Avenue and admitted to being involved and leaving the scene without exchanging information. He was released after the citation was issued.
