Roseburg Police cited a juvenile for third-degree criminal mischief on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 9:00 a.m. officers responded to a residence in the 100 block of Northeast Rifle Range Street following a disturbance. A 17-year-old female from Creswell allegedly threw and poured ranch dressing on the victim’s vehicle. The juvenile admitted to the incident and was released after a citation was issued.
