Roseburg Police jailed a man for second-degree criminal trespass and warrants on Friday afternoon.

An RPD report said at 1:00 p.m. officers contacted 34-year-old Danya Czernowski sleeping outside the American Legion Hall in the 400 block of Southeast Oak Avenue. Czernowski was directly underneath several no trespassing signs. Officers also learned the man had two Roseburg PD warrants, which dispatch confirmed.

Czernowski was taken into custody without incident. Bail was set at $111,250.
