High pressure in the Umpqua Valley will lead to gradual warming through the weekend.
Forecasters at the National Weather Service in Medford told News Radio 93-9 FM and 1240 KQEN that the high temperature in Roseburg should be just above 80 degrees Friday, the low 80’s on Saturday and mid 80’s on Sunday. The high pressure is expected to weaken starting Monday with temperatures slowly dropping for a few days.
The mercury reached 81 degrees on Thursday at the Roseburg Regional Airport. That’s slightly above the normal high for this time of year.
