ROSEBURG POLICE JAIL MAN FOR REPORTED CRIMINAL TRESPASS

Roseburg Police jailed a man for reported criminal trespass on Sunday morning.

An RPD report said just after 9:30 a.m. officers contacted the 44-year-old on the sidewalk in the 600 block of Southeast Pine Street, which is inside the Enhanced Law Enforcement Area because they knew he was a city exclusion violator with three previous warnings. Dispatch confirmed that the man was excluded from the area until March 11th of 2027.

The man was placed in custody and transported to corrections. He was charged with second-degree criminal trespass. Bail was set at $1,000.
