Roseburg Police cited a man for drinking in public on Wednesday afternoon.

An RPD report said at 2:30 p.m. an officer observed the 64-year-old with an open beer at his feet in the 1400 block of Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard. The man admitted to drinking the beverage and poured it out. He was released after the citation was issued.
