Roseburg Poice cited a man for a warrant on Monday afternoon.

An RPD report said just before 1:00 p.m. officers contacted the 40-year-old at Gaddis Park in the 800 block of Northwest Highland. He had a cite and release warrant out of Albany Municipal Court for his arrest. The warrant was confirmed and the man was released after the citation was issued.
