Roseburg Police cited a juvenile for being a minor in possession of alcohol on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 6:10 a.m. officers responded to a residence in the 300 block of Northeast Pomona regarding a disturbance. During the response, officers reportedly found that a 17-year-old male had consumed and was in possession of alcohol.

The teen was released to a guardian after the citation was issued.
