Roseburg Police cited a woman for false swearing on Thursday morning.

An RPD report said at 11:30 a.m. officers contacted the 52-year-old in the 400 block of Northeast Stephens Street on a previous case where she allegedly had lied on a firearm background packet. She was released after the citation was issued.
