Roseburg Police jailed a man for second-degree disorderly conduct on Monday morning.

An RPD report said at 8:30 a.m. officers responded after callers said there was a disturbance between two men outside the Roseburg Public Library in the 1400 block of Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard. The witnesses said there was a physical fight taking place. Officers determined that the aggressor, a 47-year-old, punched the victim before fleeing the scene. Officers located the suspect and took him into custody. He was also charged with a parole violation. Bail was set at $2,500.
