Roseburg Police cited a woman for a criminal count of prohibited camping early Monday morning.

An RPD report said at 2:35 a.m. officers contacted the 36-year-old at her camp along the bike jumps in the 500 block of Northeast Stephens Street. The woman was in violation of the city camping ordinance. She had two previous convictions for prohibited camping. The woman was released after the citation was issued.
