Roseburg Police jailed a woman for a reported theft from a store on Sunday afternoon.

An RPD report said shortly before 4:00 p.m. officers contacted the 25-year-old after she allegedly stole a tire-inflator from the business in the 1300 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard. The woman admitted to the theft and was taken into custody. Her probation officer issued a detainer. She was charged with third-degree theft and a probation violation. Bail was set at $1,250.
