ADAPT EARNS “GREAT PLACE TO WORK” CERTIFICATION FOR FOURTH CONSECUTIVE YEAR

Adapt Integrated Health Care has officially earned the “Great Place to Work” certification for the fourth consecutive year.

An Adapt release said that the honor further solidifies the organization’s reputation as a workplace rooted in compassion, purpose and employee well-being. The recognition is based entirely on confidential employee feedback, measuring trust, workplace culture, and overall employee experience. According to this year’s survey results, 85 percent of Adapts employees said the organization is a great place to work, compared to 57 percent of employees at a typical U.S. workplace.

Adapt now employees over 600 team members across four counties, including the recent addition of employees following the merger Coast Community Health Center into Adapt Integrated Health Care.

Adapt’s Chief Executive Officer Stave Baron said, “It is an honor to be recognized for four consecutive years as a Great Place to Work. This certification is especially meaningful because it is solely based on employee feedback. It reflects the pride that our teams take in serving our communities and living out the mission”.

The release said Great Place to Work is the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience and leadership behaviors proven to deliver strong organizational performance and employee retention.
