Adapt Integrated Health Care will close for all non-crisis, non-residential services and sites in Douglas County on Monday, May 25th, in observance of Memorial Day.

An Adapt release said crisis services will remain available 24/7.

Regular operations will resume on Tuesday, May 26th.

The closure also applies to services in Coos, Curry and Josephine counties as well.
