A juvenile was injured in a side-by-side accident on Sunday night.

A Douglas County Sheriff’s Office report said at approximately 7:45 p.m. a 27-year-old was driving the vehicle on Buckhorn Road in the Dixonville area and went to make a turn back onto Bramble Way, which is graveled. When doing so the man gassed the side-by-side in an attempt to whip it around. The vehicle rolled onto its side, pinning the juvenile to the ground.

A passerby helped get the side-by-side off the juvenile and another witness cut the juvenile out of her seatbelt. Medical attention was sought for the juvenile.
