Roseburg Police cited a man on a drug charge on Monday.

An RPD report said at 10:10 a.m. officers responded to the YMCA of Douglas County in the 1100 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway after staff said a man was in the parking lot inhaling the contents of a canister and acting disoriented as he walked in front of vehicles. Officers contacted the 35-year-old from Arkansas, who had two electronics cleaner canisters in his possession, but denied inhaling their contents.

YMCA staff showed officers video footage of the suspect inhaling the contents of the canisters and becoming disoriented in the parking lot. Officers seized the cannisters and cited the man for unlawful possession of inhalants. He was released after the citation was issued.
