Over 9 percent of ballots have been turning in for the Douglas County May Primary Election, as of late Friday afternoon.

Douglas County Clerk Daniel Loomis said that 9.21 percent, or 8,318 ballots have been received. Loomis said that is 0.19 percent ahead of the participation rate for the same point in the local 2022 May Primary Election.
