Roseburg Police cited a man for a reported theft incident on Tuesday

An RPD report said at 6:00 p.m. the 43-year-old from Glide allegedly stole a pair of jeans and a hat from a store in the 3100 block of Northeast Stephens Street. He was contacted nearby and was cited and released for third-degree theft. The property was returned to the business.
