Roseburg Police cited a man for prohibited camping early Thursday morning.

An RPD report said at 3:30 a.m. officers contacted the 46-year-old who was camping on the sidewalk near a business in the 2500 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway. He had two prior convictions for camping. The man was released after the citation was issued.
