Roseburg Police jailed a man Wednesday for a prior harassment incident.

An RPD report said officers had received information about a harassment incident that had allegedly occurred on April 28th. The 44-year-old suspect and a victim had gotten into an altercation and had reportedly physically pushed each other. The suspect then allegedly grabbed the victim by her hair and threw her down on the ground. At that time the man left the location.

He was contacted at 8:40 a.m. on another incident and then was arrested. The man was charged with two counts of harassment. Bail was set at $7.500.
