Roseburg Police jailed a man for a reported trespass incident on Tuesday night.

An RPD report said at 8:40 p.m. officers contacted the 43-year-old near the intersection of Southeast Jackson Street and Southeast Cass Avenue and knew he was a city exclusion violator. The man is not allowed to be in the enhanced law enforcement area until October 7th, which was confirmed by dispatch.

He was taken into custody and charged with second-degree criminal trespass. Bail was set at $1,250.
