Roseburg Police cited a teen for harassment on Monday night.

An RPD report said at 8:30 p.m. officers responded to a residence in the 1200 block of Northwest Ellan Street regarding a disturbance. Officers identified a juvenile female as the aggressor and during the incident she reportedly punched a juvenile victim, causing red marks. The teen was released after the citation was issued.
