Adapt Integrated Health Care has announced that it will be closed on Monday, May 25th, in observance of Memorial Day.

All non-crisis, non-residential services and sites in Douglas, Coos, Curry and Josephine counties will not be in operation. Crisis services will remain available 24/7.
