Roseburg City Council will get an early start as it meets on Monday evening.
Councilors will gather at 6:00 p.m. for a Homeless Response Work Study meeting as they have expressed interest in determining the whole cost of homelessness to the city budget.
The regular meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m.
It will include a public hearing on an ordinance to annex approximately 1.78 acres of property southwest of the southern end of West Tarragon Drive, adjacent to the Oak Meadow subdivision.

Councilors will vote on awarding the Parrott Creek Culvert Replacement Project to Cradar Enterprises for just over $1.89 million. This is to make permanent repairs to culverts that were damaged in the March 2025 floods.
