Roseburg Police cited a woman for prohibited camping early Thursday morning.

An RPD report said at 4:50 a.m. officers contacted the 64-year-old near the intersection of West Harvard Avenue and West Madrone Street after seeing her camping in the middle of the sidewalk. She was released after the citation was issued.
