Roseburg Police cited two people for prohibited camping on Tuesday morning.

An RPD report said at 10:40 a.m. the 31-year-old man and 23-year-old man were contacted in their tarp structure, which was set up about 60 feet from the Little League dugout at Gaddis Park in the 800 block of Northwest Highland Street. Camping is never allowed at this location due to its proximately to the ball fields.

Both people were cited and released on the scene.
