A vehicle versus deer accident led to the motorist being cited on Sunday night.

An Oregon State Police report said just before 8:30 p.m. a trooper responded to the wreck on Interstation Five northbound in the Rice Hill area. Upon arrival, the vehicle was found to have sustained heavy damage and had to be towed from the scene. The driver, a Roseburg woman, was found to have a misdemeanor suspended license. She was cited and released.
