High clouds are expected in the Umpqua Valley Friday and Saturday with a low-pressure system coming in on Sunday which could lead to a sprinkle but not much more.
Forecasters at the National Weather Service in Medford told News Radio 93-9 FM and 1240 KQEN that some rain is expected from late Monday through Thursday as the low stays in the region for a few days.
Highs in the mid-60s are forecast for Friday, with Saturday getting to the low to mid-70s. Sunday should be near 70 degrees. The mercury reached 57 degrees at the Roseburg Regional Airport on Thursday.
