Roseburg Police cited a man early Thursday for an alleged prior harassment incident.

An RPD report said just after 12:00 a.m. officers contacted the 38-year-olld behind a store in the 2100 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway regarding a disturbance which allegedly occurred on March 20th at a nearby business. At that time, the man reportedly hit two victims.

The man was cited for two counts of harassment. He was released after the citations were issued.
