ROSEBURG POLICE JAIL WOMAN FOR ALLEGED CRIMINAL MISCHIEF INCIDENT

Roseburg Police jailed a woman for an alleged criminal mischief incident on Tuesday morning.

An RPD report said just before 9:00 a.m. officers observed the 43-year-old drawing graffiti on the foot bridge across Deer Creek in the 200 block of Southeast Pine Street. While officers were taking the woman into custody, she reportedly resisted and attempted to pull her arms away. She was eventually taken into custody and transported to corrections. The woman was charged with resisting arrest and second-degree criminal mischief. Bail was set at $12,500.
