Roseburg Police jailed a man following an alleged harassment incident on Sunday night.

An RPD report said just after 6:30 p.m. officers responded to the Roseburg Rescue Mission in the 500 block of Southeast Lane Avenue after a 39-year-old was told to leave the property and refused. When officers arrived, they learned that the suspect had grabbed the victim’s shirt and pushed him in front of multiple witnesses before leaving the property on foot.

Officers located the suspect nearby and took him into custody. The man was charged with harassment and for a warrant. Bail was set at $3,500.
