Families can now begin enrolling their children in Roseburg Schools for the 2026-27 school year.
A district release said online enrollment is required for all new, returning, and re-enrolling students.
The release said Roseburg Schools provides a strong academic foundation in reading, writing and math while preparing students for life beyond graduation through meaningful, real-world learning experiences. From the earliest grades through high school, students are supported in discovering their interests and building a clear path toward college, career and community.
A key component of that work is the district’s growing network of career pathways, which connect classroom learning to hands-on experiences and local workforce opportunities. Through partnerships with Umpqua Community College and regional industry leaders, students can explore fields such as health care, manufacturing, agriculture, business and more, often earning college credits or industry-recognized credentials before graduating high school. Superintendent Jared Cordon said, “Our goal is to ensure every student leaves Rosburg Schools with a plan and a sense of purpose”. Cordon said, “Whether that part leads directly into a career, continued education or both, we are creating opportunities for students to explore their interests, build skills and see what’s possible for their future”.
All elementary schools will host Kindergarten Roundup events from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on May 13th. These events will give kindergarten students and their families a chance to visit their school, meet staff, and begin building a sense of connection before the school year begins.
A comprehensive guide to the process, including necessary documents and parent portal links are available on the district’s website at: www.roseburg.k12.or.us/enroll.
