ROSEBURG POLICE JAIL WOMAN FOR REPORTED DISORDERLY CONDUCT

Roseburg Police jailed a woman for reported disorderly conduct incident on Sunday.

An RPD report said at 1:15 p.m. officers received numerous calls about a woman screaming and throwing trash into the road near the intersection of Southeast Main Street and Southeast Washington Avenue. Officers found 49-year-old Amy Dykes with a substantial amount of trash on the sidewalk and in the roadway. Dykes’ probation officer issued a detainer for her arrest.

The woman was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct, third-degree criminal mischief, offensive littering and two probation violations. Bail was set at $3,750.
