Roseburg Police jailed a man following a reported disorderly conduct incident on Thursday morning.
An RPD report said the 55-year-old had been warned twice for acting disorderly in the 600 block of Southeast Flint Street before officers responded a third time at 10:30 a.m. The man had broken glass all over the ground next to his pickup. He allegedly yelled at passerby’s, made vague threats to nearby residents and threatened to expose his genitals.
The man was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct and littering near waters. Bail was set at $2,500.
