Roseburg Police cited a man for prohibited camping on Wednesday morning.

An RPD report said just before 9:00 a.m. officers contacted the 35-year-old in the 200 block of Southeast Pine Street. The camp was in violation of the time, place and manner ordinance. The man was released after the citation was issued.
