Roseburg Police jailed a man for a warrant on Thursday.

An RPD report said at 11:15 a.m. officers contacted the 36-year-old near the intersection of Northeast Stephens Street and Northeast Channon Avenue. He was found to have a valid warrant for his arrest. The warrant was confirmed and he was taken into custody. The man was also on probation and a detainer was authorized. He was held on $2,500 bail and was released later in the day.
