The Elkton Community Education Center will have its Community Dinner on Thursday, April 23rd.

ECEC Executive Director Deb Gritton said the event is a favorite annual tradition for many in the community and is also a fundraiser for the nonprofit organization. It will begin at 5:30 p.m. in the library building.

Gritton said volunteers cook up the meal – a soup dinner – which features plenty of soup options including vegan and gluten-free ones. Bread and dessert are served as well. The dinner is $15 for adults and $10 for children under aged 12. There is a take-out option for $10, or $5 for take out soup only.
