Roseburg Police jailed a fugitive Wednesday morning.

An RPD report said at 8:35 a.m. officers contacted the 35-year-old old who was called in for acting suspiciously near a business in the 300 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard. After contacting the man, an officer learned that he had an active warrant for his arrest out of the Sutherlin Municipal Court. The warrant was confirmed and the man was taken into custody without incident. Bail was set at $12,500.
