Roseburg Police jailed a woman for a reported disorderly conduct incident on Monday afternoon.

An RPD report said at 3:00 p.m. officers arrested the 35-year-old after she was allegedly observed attacking people and throwing traffic cones at passing traffic in 2200 block of Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard. During her arrest, she reportedly kicked two officers.

The woman was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct and harassment. Bail was set at $5,000.
