Two people were jailed following a reported physical disturbance on Sunday afternoon.

An Oregon State Police report said just before 5:40 p.m. the incident occurred on the shoulder of Interstate Five northbound near the Winston Exit 119 and was witnessed by multiple reporting parties.

Both the man and woman involved were contacted at separate locations. Each maintained that they were innocent but accused the other person of being physical. The 47-year-old man and 42-year-old woman were each charged with second-degree disorderly conduct and harassment. Both were detained without bail
