ROSEBURG POLICE JAIL WOMAN FOR ALLEGED THEFT OF SOLAR POWERED LIGHTS

Roseburg Police jailed a woman for the alleged theft of solar powered lights on Friday.

An RPD report said the 49-year-old allegedly took the items and a decoration from the front yard of a home in the 2000 block of Northeast Airport Road. She was found a short distance away and was taken into custody. The stolen lights were returned to the owner.

The woman was charged with third-degree theft. Bail was set at $1,250. She was released later on Friday.
