Roseburg Police cited two people after they were found camping in a vehicle on Monday.

An RPD report said at 12:20 p.m. the 54-year-old woman and 37-year-old man were contacted camping off the gravel alley behind a business near the corner of Northeast O’Dell Avenue and Northeast Casper Street. Both were cited and released on the scene. Additionally, the vehicle was later posted for towing by a Community Service Officer.
